The Opportunity

 

As a Business Analyst, you play a pivotal role in conducting process analysis, process documentation and supporting the Risk Operations teams with operational improvements. You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. This includes the following key responsibilities:  

  • Obtain, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Recommend process improvements and take lead in their implementation.
  • Supporting Risk Ops management with AS IS-TO BE analysis of tasks and processes
  • Escalate needs for deeper analysis or specialized attention to the Center of Excellence or Risk Office.
  • Work collaboratively with the Risk Ops teams to standardize operational ways of working across teams
  • Be in charge of your primary functional area and take ownership in managing the backlog and organizing regular follow up meetings with stakeholders in the functional areas
  • Create detailed documentation including work instructions, business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to the Risk Ops management team
  • Be a collaborative team player environment, ensuring that we are working effectively together 

 

 

 What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field 
  • Experience in risk management and business process analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
