The opportunity

As a Business Analyst for Supplier Management, you'll play a key role in ensuring our supplier and vendor relationships are well-governed, compliant, and aligned with our product and delivery priorities. Working closely with the Product Director and Senior Project Manager, you'll support the end-to-end management of supplier-related processes - from initial assessment through to agreement and ongoing oversight.

This is a role for someone who is highly organised, communicates with confidence, and thrives in cross-functional environments. You'll regularly engage with Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection stakeholders, and you'll need to navigate complex documentation and requirements with both precision and pragmatism.

For the right person, this role offers a genuine opportunity to grow - gaining hands-on exposure to product teams, the product delivery lifecycle, and the workings of a technology-driven organisation that delivers real value to customers and partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Project Manager and Product Director with supplier-related assessments, documentation, and governance activities.
  • Review and coordinate processing of key supplier documentation including Service Orders, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements, and Intercompany Agreements.
  • Engage and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection (DPO) stakeholders to ensure all supplier agreements meet regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Track supplier-related actions, open items, and milestones - keeping stakeholders informed and processes moving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier agreements, assessments, and correspondence.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies in supplier management workflows and support continuous improvement.
  • Act as a reliable point of coordination between internal teams and external suppliers, managing expectations and communication clearly.

Who are we looking for

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst, operations, or coordination role with exposure to supplier, vendor, or contract management.

  • Exceptional organisational skills - able to manage multiple workstreams, track open items, and meet deadlines reliably.
  • A collaborative mindset - works well across functions, builds relationships with ease, and communicates openly.
  • Strong written and spoken English - able to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment alongside both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience in or exposure to a product or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with product delivery lifecycles or Agile ways of working.
  • Experience working with data protection frameworks (e.g. GDPR) or DPO engagement processes.
  • Exposure to intercompany or third-party agreement management in a regulated industry.
