The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll have the chance to shape key processes while collaborating with various teams across the company. You will directly influence the customer experience by ensuring accurate and efficient invoicing for our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with room to grow and develop.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• You initiate and control automated invoicing runs for the German market using SAP or other systems
• You ensure timely and accurate processing of manual invoices in accordance with German rules and regulations
• You cooperate with partners regarding electronic and postal dispatch of invoices, check of SLA adherence
• You prepare data exports for periodical reports and archive purposes during financial closings
• You analyze invoicing data, reconcile reports and clarify doubts with other departments, perform corrections in all relevant systems
• You execute manual payment runs
• You continuously improve processes and ways of working

• German B2+ and English at least at B2 level.
• Polish at a very good level.
