Backoffice and Onboarding Specialist

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 

  • Set up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems. 
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
  • Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements.
  • Make changes and additions to clients’ accounts.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Close cooperation with the Sales Department.

  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in German and English.
  • Fluency in Polish.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
