The Opportunity
In this context, the organization of Commercial Acquiring Merchant Services is seeking a Mission Manager in Warsaw for the Acquiring 3rd Party Management & Solutions team. As a Mission Manager, you will be responsible for managing missions. Missions are mid-sized projects with recurring elements. They involve gathering partner requirements, coordinating interface setups, conducting testing with partners, and going live. Your daily responsibilities will include working with multiple platforms, such as transaction processing front and back offices, message flow interfaces, terminal management systems, and network security.
Currently, a high volume of payment transactions from card-present (physical terminals) and card-not-present (eCommerce) channels are received via third parties. Supporting these third-party missions is crucial to the business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage different types of missions from start to finish
- Assess and adapt activities and documentation to new situations
- Provide cost and effort estimations
- Coordinate between Sales, external partners, and internal technical teams
- Develop a high-level understanding of key IT platforms and their contexts
- Demonstrate strong coordination skills and some project management experience

- Willingness to understand the key IT platforms and their contexts at a high level
- Good communication skills and can communicate effectively at various organizational levels in English (written and verbal). Fluency in Polish is required.
- Coordination skills and some experience in managing projects
- Capable of working on multiple concurrent tasks and tracking progress
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams
