In this role you will be in constant movement with possibility to learn about payment card acceptance and customer care in large international company. You will have commanding knowledge of support and passionate about Internal IT onsite support operation, we’d like to hear from you.




Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You diagnose and fix issues implementing corrective actions within prescribed guidelines
  • You build and modify knowledge documents related to performed work
  • POS terminal and transfer document preparation
  • Efficient route planning for daily task completion
  • Contacting customers via phone to resolve all inquiries that could be resolved remotely
  • On site POS terminal installations, maintenance and Merchant trainings
  • Task completion within set deadlines

  • You identify, diagnose, and apply appropriate fixes to resolve customer’s issues
  • You are full of enthusiasm for new tasks and technologies
  • You can work independently and in-depth in line with your expertise and experience
  • You like to take deal with your customers with a wide variety of people


Skills we can’t do without:

  • You have proven experience in customer service
  • You own a good driving culture and you have a B Category driving license
  • Fluent communication in Lithuanian and Russian
  • Reliability and precision at work
  • Confirmed interpersonal skills and a sense for the team spirit


Skills we’d like:

  • Experience in field of IT or in maintenance of POS terminal/cash register systems
  • Basic knowledge of English
