Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Diagnose and fix issues by implementing corrective actions within prescribed guidelines
• Build and modify knowledge documents related to performed work
• Prepare POS (payment terminals) and transfer documents
• Plan an efficient route for daily task completion
• Contact customers via phone to resolve all inquiries that could be resolved remotely
• Install and maintain on-site/remote POS (payment terminals) terminals
• Conduct training for the clients in regard to POS (payment terminals) usage
• Complete tasks within set deadlines in regard to client inquiry

Kasdienės atsakomybės

• Diagnozuoti ir šalinti banko kortelių skaitytuvų gedimus, vadovaujantis nustatytomis procedūromis
• Paruošti POS (mokėjimo) terminalus bei su atliekamais darbais susijusią dokumentaciją
• Efektyviai planuoti kasdienį maršrutą užduotims vykdyti
• Konsultuoti klientus telefonu ir spręsti klausimus, kuriuos galima išspręsti nuotoliniu būdu
• Diegti, konfigūruoti ir prižiūrėti POS (mokėjimo) terminalus pas klientą arba nuotoliniu būdu
• Vykdyti klientų mokymus apie POS (mokėjimo terminalų) naudojimąsi
• Laiku ir kokybiškai vykdyti užduotis, susijusias su klientų užklausomis

Who Are We Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service
• B Category driving license
• As an advantage, experience in the field of IT or in the maintenance of POS terminal/cash register systems
• Fluent language skills in Lithuanian
• As an advantage, Russian and English language skills
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliability and precision at work
