If you are seeking a job in the call center as a Customer Support Representative, then get ready to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania!

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Ensure smooth customer service support via e-mail and telephone calls
  • Consult about electronic payment devices in case of technical issues
  • Guide customers through the installation process and issues (electronic payment devices)
  • Assist cardholders in case of card loss
  • Monitor and provide troubleshooting for ATMs

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Preferably, gained experience in customer support in the payment industry
  • Good language skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Upstanding computer skills (MsOffice, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in shifts (shifts types: 8 and 12 hours (07:00-16:00, 12:00-21:00))
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Potential to handle different topics at the same time
  • Capability to apply analytical thinking
  • Strong willingness to learn
