The Opportunity

We are seeking a Application Support & QA Analyst to join our ATM business line team in either Vilnius, Lithuania or Riga, Latvia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, particularly with Windows operating system. Additionally, experience in testing and scripting is essential for this role. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our ATM solutions and collaborate with a dynamic team across Baltics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Participate in new ATM solution testing
• Test, configure, install, and maintain new software releases/patches/updates for existing ATM management solution and possible hardware updates for ATM hardware
• Solve and remediate incidents/problems in ATM solution
• Perform system daily monitoring
• Analyse service quality  and propose solutions for service improvement
• Investigate customer and colleague’s inquiries related to ATMs
• Actively participate in testing automatization of ATM and other payment systems

Who Are We Looking For

• Previous professional background in system administration, hardware support, site engineering or other relevant experience
• Advanced Windows platform knowledge (including batch scripts, cmd commands, working with registry, etc.)
• Previous  experience with  ATM as a strong advantage
• Previous experience with PC or hardware-related maintenance or repairs as an advantage
• Experience in testing – manual, automated or both as an advantage
• Good English and Lithunian or Latvian language skills, Russian is an advantage
• Problem solving and eager to learn with good communication skills
• Ability to work idependelty and cooperate within the team
• Any Knowledge/experience as any of following will be seen as advantage:

• SQL
• Linux application administration
• Any programming language knowledge, especially Python is appreciated
• Web technologies
• Tomcat
• Tuxedo
• Tieto system knowledge/experience
• GPG encryption, certificates
• Any knowledge related to card issuing products, such as accountancy, loans and deposit calculations
