The Opportunity : Project Manager – SEPA Payment Suite
Within the Open Banking department, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the SEPA Payment Suite application, designed and hosted within Worldline. You will report to the Chapter Lead. Our team manages the Build & Run projects for our clients (primarily large banking clients), including the delivery and operational maintenance of applications (change management, incident management, etc.).
You will join a dynamic project team operating in an international setting to offer new technologies and innovative uses to our clients. You will participate in the continuous improvement of services within a DevOps transformation context.
Your Daily Responsibilities :
Supported by the entire team, you will be integrated into our project team to:
- Discover and understand the complex ecosystem of SEPA payments and the architectures of the solutions implemented in this field.
- Provide necessary support to our French and international clients.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients or the growth of existing clients.
- Daily monitor client satisfaction through follow-up committees and regular contacts.
- Identify and analyze functional needs and technical requirements.
- Write business proposals (for new clients and expansion with existing clients).
- Ensure financial monitoring of Build & Run for your clients.
An initial one-month training phase will allow you to discover our challenges, technologies, and the tools in place. This training phase will enable you to learn about our working methodologies and various processes.

This position is aimed at a graduate from an engineering school or a Master's program, with a strong affinity for project management and client relations.
