Partner Expertise Risk Specialist (m/w/d)

The Opportunity

As a Specialist in the Partner Expertise Team, you are at the forefront of defining and implementing integrity risk compliance measures, especially in the domains of scheme, AML, and KYC. You'll play a key role in interpretation, training, escalation handling, partner management, and more, ensuring that the company and its partners adhere to the highest standards of integrity risk management. This includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and maintain procedures (SOP&WI) and risk modelling rules to ensure top-notch integrity risk compliance.
  • Interpret any changes or updates in Integrity (scheme, AML, KYC) rules, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed promptly.
  • Facilitate training sessions for Risk Ops, Sales teams, and Management on SOP&WI related to integrity risk.
  • Assist in adverse media (AMS), Sanctions, and PEP monitoring, handling escalations from Risk Ops effectively.
  • Perform onsite or virtual audits of partners both new (during onboarding) and existing (during EDR or periodic review/ODD), ensuring their compliance and risk measures align with WL's standards.
  • Oversee the partner portfolio, ensuring quality assurance and risk mitigation.
  • Support outreach and engagement efforts with partners, flagship merchants, and the sales team, ensuring collaboration and alignment. Assist in the management reporting and tracking of action lists for the team.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in integrity risk management or a related area.
  • A deep understanding of AML regulations, sanction, schemes rules and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with exemplary communication skills.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and partner management.
