In this role, you will be part of SMB team of Worldline Financial Services

 

Our mission is to empower businesses to exceed customer expectations in the evolving world of commerce. As a Customer Success Manager for our SMB Accounts, you will craft exceptional customer experiences throughout every interaction, leveraging your knowledge of our portfolio and understanding of customer needs.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Service Level Management

Ensure top-tier service quality.

Expertly manage SLA and SLO targets.

Provide detailed reporting and performance analysis

  • Quality and Continuous Improvement

Lead and coordinate root cause analysis.

Proactively identify and rectify structural issues.

Monitor and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Customer Relationship

Build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally.

Support project implementations and business initiatives.

  • Operational Excellence

Contribute to problem-solving activities and suggest process improvements.

Foster team collaboration and drive operational success.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years in a similar customer facing role, preferably within the payments industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with advanced communication skills.
  • Salesforce experience is highly valuable.
  • French language skills are a plus.
