You will work side by side with a team of Pre Sales within Digital Serices, young, dynamic and enthusiastic, supported by our sales and product teams as well as modern sales support tools and innovative products around artificial intelligence, blockchain or biometric authentication methods. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Customer Collaboration:Engage with open banking customers in NL to understand their needs, translating insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing or identifying digital service offerings.
  • Product Alignment: Work closely with product teams to ensure offerings meet market demands, positioning digital services effectively within the sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities, challenges, and inform sales strategies.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify upselling opportunities with account managers and facilitate cross-selling through internal synergies.
  • Sales & Bid Support: Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations, supporting strategic deals valued at millions.
  • Feedback & Competitiveness: Ensure local competitiveness and provide feedback from NL to global product teams for a strong product-market fit.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze data to optimize sales efforts for products, and enhance sales distribution channels and partnerships in NL.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • We are seeking a candidate with a background in Engineering or Business Administration. complemented by a solid technical foundation.
  • Proficient English with knowledge of Dutch and/or French being a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the IT and digital services landscape, particularly in payments, with familiarity with market demands in NL.
  • Strong analytical mindset, Strong ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge sales and product teams, facilitate discussions, and align on goals
  • Sales Support & Negotiation: Experience in supporting sales materials, presentations, and bid negotiations for large-scale projects.
  • Passionate about generating business opportunities by listening and understanding to customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative approach to identify opportunities, address challenges, and develop innovative solutions that drive product positioning.
