UX Designer (F/H)

UX Designer (F/H)

[Lille – Lyon  - Paris]

Who are we?

We are the innovators at the heart of the payments technology sector, shaping the way the world makes payments. The solutions our teams implement today are the result of the growth of millions of businesses of tomorrow. From your corner café to startups and international banks. From Paris to San Francisco. We are present around the world, in all sectors of commerce. And just as we help our clients accelerate their activity, we are committed to helping our colleagues accelerate their careers. Together, we shape evolution.

The opportunity

An international competency center made up of around twenty UX Designers, UI Designers and Front-end Integrators, the Digital Competence Center currently supports project and product teams in delivering interfaces and digital solutions for banking services, insurance, commerce, telecommunications, transport, public services, and health.

The focus on user experience (UX) is at the center of our creation and design processes; our UX-UI designers work closely with product owners, developers, clients, users or end users to design digital services that are simple, efficient, effective and innovative, tailored to the needs of end users.

We are currently looking for an experienced UX Designer to join the design teams of one of Worldline’s flagship products and to be responsible for designing an entire functional area of this product. Our future UX Designer will also have the opportunity to contribute to other projects carried out by the team.

Your daily responsibilities

You conduct studies to understand users’ needs, behaviors and motivations using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, or usability tests in order to iterate on the product and participate in continuous improvement and enrich the UXUI backlog.

You develop wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize the design, and you organize co-design workshops.

You collaborate with the UI teams to develop a visual interface aligned with the needs identified during research and/or scoping while respecting design rules and components of the existing UI kit.

You work closely with developers, the Product Owners (PO) and the Product Manager (PM) to ensure the UX vision is respected during development.

You participate in the agile ceremonies of the products/projects you are responsible for.

You share your knowledge with other team members, including the more junior ones.

Who are you?

We are looking for people capable of driving positive change, moving forward and showing the way – people who are passionate, with a positive attitude and a thirst to learn and progress. In practice, this means:

  • You have initial training in UX Design (Master in ergonomics, cognitive psychology or equivalent related to UX/UI design)
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience (needs analysis, design and user testing)
  • You are able to manage a project autonomously (estimation, planning, reporting/sharing information)
  • You support Product teams in implementing the UX approach
  • You master design tools such as Figma
  • You are proficient in English (international team context)
  • You want to share and discuss your work experiences in a collaborative and positive environment

Benefits
