  • Transport Retail: connecting people to transportation systems to improve their daily lives
  • Mobility Orchestration: Integrating transport modes to make MaaS a reality

  • Settlement and Specialist services: providing large scale critical platforms to keep transport on the move

 

For the Business Unit Transport retail, we are looking for the “Presales Manager”. They will be in charge of supporting the sales on product, functional and technical aspects. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the areas of mobility and payment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong curiosity and open-mindedness, with a solution-driven mindset. They will have a global perspective and the ability to navigate complexity, while also demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and locations.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Support presales activities: Collaborate with the sales and operational teams to provide expert knowledge and insights on mobility and payment solutions during the pre-sales process. Assist in identifying customer needs, offering the appropriate solutions, writing proposal and addressing technological or business-related inquiries.
  • Execution of transport strategy: Contribute to implementation of our transport strategy.
  • Support existing product teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in the development, implementation, and enhancement of mobility and payment products. Provide expertise, insights on market dynamics, and assist in solving complex challenges.
  • Identify new product opportunities: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes within the mobility and payment ecosystem. Evaluate potential opportunities for new product development, conduct feasibility studies, and present recommendations to senior management.

    • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Web3, SoftPos, and other relevant platforms.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in English is essential.
