The Opportunity

 

You will have the opportunity to carry out development and support activities for the commercial network, manage the relationship with the customer from the initial proposal to post-sales. There will be transversal activities with the other internal structures and departments which are linked to the activation of the contract, the management and installation of the POS and the customer care activities on both the commercial and after-sales sides. You will be able to get to know Worldline's products and services in depth and understand the commercial dynamics that are developed and disseminated by our network. A 360° commercial experience.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

• Acquisition of new open market clients and presentation to the bank

• Support to the BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM Corporate (UNTIL 250MLN) sales network to prepare common offers and in the customer relationship

• Specific information gathering activities on prospective clients aimed at developing commercial proposals

• Development activities for existing clients (activation of new point of sale/new POS, recovering transactions on another acquirer's POS, etc.)

• Management of the customer relationship

• Handling and routing of requests for assistance with technical/operational/administrative/fraud issues

• Monitoring of the level of service provided to the customer

• Market information collection and scouting for potential new clients

• Portfolio study for BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM Corporate Manager to identify new prospective clients for acquiring new customers

• Follow-up on the status of ongoing negotiations (Pipeline)

• Technical updates on new products/services available on POS
