The opportunity
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead functional, automation, integration, API, web, mobile, and microservices testing activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, JavaScript, and JMeter.
- Perform API testing using Postman and backend validation using SQL.
- Ensure quality delivery across the SDLC and drive defect management and resolution.
- Participate in payment scheme certifications and compliance testing.
- Mentor team members and promote QA best practices.
Who are we looking for
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech
Domain: Payments / Banking / Fintech
- Strong knowledge of the Payment Card Industry, including card issuance and acquiring.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, JavaScript, and JMeter.
- Expertise in Microservices, Web Application, Mobile Application, and API Testing.
- Strong SQL and database validation skills.
- Experience with VISA, Mastercard, and RuPay ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of BOSS/NIV simulators for Credit, Debit, Prepaid Card, and ETC Issuance/Acquiring.
- Hands-on participation in VISA, Mastercard, and RuPay online/offline certifications and scheme mandates.
Preferred Skills
- BDD, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, and Automation Framework Development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
