Koostada ja muuta töödega seotud teadmiste dokumente
POS (maksterminali) ja üleandmisdokumendite ettevalmistus
Kliendi päringute lahendamine telefoni teel
Viia läbi klientidele POS (makseterminali) kasutamise koolitusi
Täita kliendipäringuid ettenähtud SLA aja jooksul
POS (makseterminali) laohaldus ja aruandlus
POS (makseterminali) elutsükli käsitlemine – tellimine, vastuvõtt, haldamine, hävitamine

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build and modify knowledge documents related to performed work
Prepare POS (payment terminals) and transfer documents
Contact customers via phone to resolve all inquiries that could be resolved remotely
Conduct training for the clients in regard to POS (payment terminals) usage
Complete tasks within set deadlines in regard to client inquiry
POS (payment terminal) stock managing and reporting
Handling POS (payment terminal) life cycle – ordering, accepting, managing and destruction
