Job Responsibilities

 

 SME for the domain area to interact, solicit requirements, and advise business users on solutions to address their business needs.

 Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions.

 Work closely with business, technology and other stakeholders to deliver the solutions that meets business objectives.

 Leads requirement gathering with business users ; work with users to translate the requirement in functional specifications/ user story.

 As a liaison between business and technology users, collaborate with technical teams to address request / issue raise by users.

 Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Payment Business to help design an optimal solution that supports the  business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.

 Manages requirements traceability through design and delivery.

 Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and others on the project team.

 Collaborate with product owners and technical team to coordinate the implementation and QA of technical specifications.

 Document and disseminate both internal documentation as well as client-facing and business appropriate reference materials that reflect the detailed configuration of client-specific solutions.

 Plan and facilitate requirement review and release status meetings with various level of internal and external stakeholders.

 Work in collaborative teams with domain experts and others based on project scope.

 Lead a solution training for internal and external stakeholders to educate them on best practices and new solutions.

 Assist to lead test plan development and execution.

 Assist to develop and deliver end-user training.

 Assist to define the roadmap, goals, and vision for the product.

 Applying best practices and standard operating procedures.

 

Job Requirements

 

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent.

 Minimum of 5 years professional with proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant and/or project manager.

 Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise.

 Possess business analysis experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.

 Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.

 Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits.

 Demonstrated strong business knowledge and sound business sense, and stay abreast of the industry, business-wise and technology-wise.

 Expert in understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and analyze and present proposed solution options.

 Experience with engineering tools including JIRA, Confluence Wiki, and etc.

 Excellent knowledge of agile software development methodologies and industry best practices.

 Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimum supervision.

 Ability to work under pressure.

 Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.

 Excellent decision making and problem solving ability.

 Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.

 Willing to travel when needed
