The opportunity

We have a fantastic career developing opportunity for a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator/Junior Analyst to join our growing Software delivery team in Sydney.


Areas of Responsibility :

  • Assist the Project Managers in the co-ordination of workstream progress and risk reports, compiling status and financial summaries for the project portfolio
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to drive resource forecast meetings and ensure appropriate capacity planning across the portfolio of projects.
  • Carry out project costings based on efforts provided by Project Managers
  • Track projects cost and revenue and ensure projects operate within agreed parameters.
  • Creation and maintenance of key artefacts for larger-scale projects
  • Support the Ingenico Pacific R&D team with:
    • Financial reports, purchase order and invoice management.
    • Maintaining an overall electronic and physical filing system, updating where required
    • Centrally co-ordinating team member holidays and diaries
  • Support the Pacific Leadership, APAC R&D and ProServ teams on decision enablement, as and when required
  • Engage with the APAC PMO community to drive common objectives


To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification or working towards one in Project Management
  • Previous work experience as a Project Administrator, Analyst or Junior Project Manager, preferably as part of a PMO
  • Experience working in a software or technology environment (highly desirable)
  • Experience interpreting and evaluating information from a range of sources, and in a variety of formats
  • Working in a matrix management environment
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile and OR SCRUM Project Methodologies
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with skills in Microsoft Project and Visio (desirable)
  • Skills in the preparation of tenders and tender responses (desirable)
