The Opportunity

In this position, you will be based in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Customer Onboarding Solution and Design. You will play a key role in our new pan-European Customer Onboarding platform.The focus and challenge will be to identify the main differences across regions and roll it out across various countries.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development Squad throughout the project and elicit the requirements
- Incept, build, plan and prioritize product backlog and roadmap
- Run Business Analysis on the target countries and markets
- Collaborator management in the respective regions
- Delivering business requirements to the development team
- Responsible for coordination of Non-functional requirements
Who Are We Looking For
You possess phenomenal analytical and problem-solving skills and love to use your creativity. The ability to see the big picture without losing an eye for detail comes naturally for you in everyday work. You enjoy working in a global multicultural company and your flexibility helps you to shift tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. On top of that, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent field
- Full working proficiency in English
- Business Analytical abilities
- Able to arbitrate and make fast decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in Geographical Expansion projects
- Previous experience as a Product Manager would be a strong success factor
- Knowledge of the payment industry is preferred
