The Opportunity

Are you a senior Product Manager with a passion for PayTech? Do you have an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset and love to work both operational and strategical? If so, we would love to meet you! In this pivotal role, you will hold end-to-end operational and strategic accountability for our Nordic in-person payment offering.

 

You will play a crucial role in the success of our team and our in-person payment service, collaborating closely with the Product Manager for PSP and terminals. You’ll also build a virtual team across the organization, partnering with peers in Product, Sales, Go-to-Market, Development, and Customer Operations throughout Europe.

 

Your insights will provide a full view of the complexities, opportunities, and unique selling propositions for your products, as you oversee the Segment Product roadmap—both tactical and strategic.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

You will perform your magic in the following main areas:

 

Business aspects of the offering:

  • Lead & execute Product strategy for your area (short to long term, via OKR & product planning)
  • You are the natural ”go-to” person for your product area and have a close collaboration with your virtual teams in agile mode, collecting input, informing, training and keeping them up to date of progress/issues and roadmap.
  • Design & support the execution of product Go-to-Market strategy (pricing, communication, documentation, training) in cooperation with the your virtual teams to ensure the right position of the product on functionality and value.
  • Monitor the performance of your products to find areas of improvement to optimize profitability and quality
     

Product Development and Evolution:

  • Lead initiatives for product development and act as the requirement owner.
  • Propose and implement changes that improve functionality and efficiency.

 

Development and maintenance of the product portfolio:

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience and keeping the portfolio relevant
  • Understanding the relevant market(s) where Worldline operates
  • Act on deviation on customer experience & quality

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Have strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem & agile methodologies
  • Appetite in working in technological & complex environment
  • Striving in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic organization​.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels in the organization, including senior management​
  • 5y+ product management and experience from payment industry.​
  • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
  • Working hybrid from our Stockholm office
