The Opportunity

We are strengthening our Nordic Key Account team and looking for highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team! In this position you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Head of Key Accounts Nordics. As a Sr Key Account Manager, your overarching responsibility is to successfully take ownership of some of our most valuable customers as well as bringing in new customers to the company. With our acquiring, PSP and value adding services you deliver sales and customer growth towards our targets.

 

You will work actively with multiple stakeholders and have a key role ensuring that we are delivering the most customer focused payment experience in the industry, so that we can continue to be recognized as the leading payment provider in the market.

Our Nordic Key Account team consists of highly skilled professionals with wide experience in the payment industry

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and engage towards new business opportunities among prospective retailers in Sweden and the Nordics
  • You build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • You ensure that new customers are implemented and integrated swiftly and effortless.
  • You conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • You promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Ensure growth through cross selling activities to an existing customer portfolio
  • Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies
  • If not already, become a professional in payments and actively drive leadership in payments

 

Who Are We Looking For

You possess deep knowledge about our client organizations and how effective decisions are made. Have shown and proven engagement with Account Management. Are a skilled negotiator and strong communicator. Focused and able to deliver work in a structured and organized way. Passionate about the payment/FinTech industry and eager to deepen your knowledge. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - handling multiple stakeholders, priorities and fast decision making. You also:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Have minimum 5 years of proven experience within Sales, negotiating contracts, guided implementation.
  • Excellent skills in oral and written presentation in English and in Swedish
  • You have the ability to analyse data, combined with in market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas and strategies.
  • Previous experience in payment industry is an advantage.
