Your work will directly support internal teams in innovating, building, and operating at scale, and will include participating in an on-call rotation schedule.
Who Are We Looking For?
- You are passionate about empowering teams to work more autonomously throughout the development process, enabling faster feature delivery and quicker recovery from production issues.
- As a self-starter, you excel at teamwork, demonstrating commitment, accountability, consistently supporting your team and collaborating effectively across groups.
- In addition to solid technical skills, you must also have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with unknowns and have a learning mindset
