The Opportunity
As a Specialist in the Oversight and Control Team within the Integrity Risk Unit, you will be at the helm upholding the highest standards of integrity risk management. You will play a role in rule writing for various areas, addressing regulatory queries, supporting audits, and ensuring effective KPI management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee AMS, Sanctions, PEP & PTM, and website & content rule formulation for implementation in relevant tools.
- Participate and provide necessary information for external and third-party audits, regulatory inquiries, settlement bank audits, second-line policies and more.
- Support internal AML audits, EWRA/SIRA assessments, and provide general AML advisory to departments like AMLRO, Group Compliance, PI License, and M&As
- Monitor, report, and control the implementation of integrity risk procedures and rules, particularly focusing on scheme, AML, and KYC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to integrity risk procedures across all relevant platforms.
- Manage KPIs related to scheme, AML, and KYC to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.
- Communicate or assist in the communication of statuses, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, executive summaries, and presentations
- Be an active part of a collaborative team environment.
Who Are We Looking For

- Have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in integrity risk management or a related area.
- A deep understanding of AML regulations, sanction, schemes rules and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Great teammate with outstanding communication skills.
- Familiarity with audit processes and payment processing management.
