The Opportunity

We are strengthening our Nordic Key Account team and looking for highly-skilled Key Account Manager to join our team! In this position you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Retail Enterprise; Head of Regions Germany & Nordics. Your overarching responsibility is to successfully take ownership of some of our most valuable customers as well as bringing in new customers to the company.  With our acquiring, PSP and value adding services you deliver sales and customer growth towards our targets.

 

You will work actively with multiple stakeholders and have a key role ensuring that we are delivering the most customer focused payment experience in the industry, so that we can continue to be recognized as the leading payment provider in the market.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure that new customers are implemented and integrated swiftly and effortless.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products, services and solutions addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Ensure growth through cross selling activities to an existing customer portfolio
  • Actively prospect and engage towards new business opportunities among prospective retailers in Sweden and the Nordics
  • Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies
  • If not already, become a professional in payments and actively drive leadership in payments

 

Who Are We Looking For

People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. You also:

  • Possess deep knowledge about our clients organizations and how effective decisions are made
  • Should have shown & proven engagement with Executive management
  • Are a skilled negotiator and strong communicator
  • Are focused and able to deliver work in a structured and organized way
  • Have previous experience in payment/FinTech industry and are passionate about the industry and eager to deepen your knowledge
  • Are willing to travel, mainly in Europe
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment - handling multiple stakeholders, priorities, fast decision making
  • Have graduated with a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Have minimum 5 years of proven experience within Sales, negotiating contracts, guided implementation
  • Have excellent skills in oral and written presentation in English and in Swedish (any additional Nordic language could be beneficial)
  • Have the ability to analyze data combined with in market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas and strategies
