The Opportunity


You will have the opportunity to carry out development and support activities for the commercial network, manage the relationship with the customer from the initial proposal to post-sales. There will be transversal activities with the other internal structures and departments which are linked to the activation of the contract, the management and the customer care activities on both the commercial and after-sales sides. You will be able to get to know Worldline's products and services in depth and understand the commercial dynamics that are developed and disseminated by our network. A 360° commercial experience.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

Client Relationship Management:

 

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the company’s most important clients: This includes regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Managing account plans: Developing and executing strategies to achieve client goals and track progress
  • Negotiating contracts: Working with clients to finalize agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

 

Internal Coordination and Communication:

 

  • Collaborating with internal teams: Working with sales, technical support and other departments to deliver on client commitments. Communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams and ensuring alignment on client goals
  • Acting as a liaison: Communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams and ensuring alignment on client goals. Addressing client issues and complaints effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction

 

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

 

  • Developing long-term strategies: Creating plans for client retention and growth
  • Identifying opportunities for growth: Proactively seeking ways to expand the relationship and increase revenue
  • Preparing reports: Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on account performance and progress

  • Experience from AM / KAM positions in complex sales (solutions sales, SaaS sales)

  • You prove excellent knowledge of English B1 as all verbal & written communication with our global accounts are in English

  • Experience from the payment industry is an advantage
