The opportunity:

If you are a highly skilled Junior Accountant, then get ready to join our company. In this role you will be part of the Swedish Finance team, with an operative responsibility for several of the legal entities within the Group.

We would like to welcome an organized, innovative and process driven colleague to our team to Stockholm, Sweden. The position is fixed-term until June 2022.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment and perform invoice and general data entry
  • Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable
  • Internal reporting
  • Monthly closing process with support of the finance team
  • AP/AR payments

  • Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable and payable process identifying areas of performance improvement
  • A team player who enjoys being in interaction with multiple stakeholders

 

Skills we can’t do without:

  • You have an academic degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills
  • You have full working proficiency in Swedish and English
  • You have previous proven experience in finance/accounting
  • You have a strong Excel skills
