The Opportunity
We are looking for a junior talent to grow into the role of IT Service Transition Coordinator (ITSTC) and RTE working with our four DevOps teams delivering and running our acquiring processing services in the most efficient way. Our culture is heavily based on empowerment, trust, commitment and lean-agile ways of working while still being compliant to policies, standards and regulations.
The role ITSTC is supporting our DevOps teams in continuously building and deploying our acquiring IT services while still being compliant to our policies and regulations with a strong agile approach. This includes ownership of IT service transition related processes including continuous change, release and test management and more. The role also includes to support our value stream in various audits related to the ITSTC domain and to represent your team in Worldline centre of excellence communities.
The role as RTE includes acting as a servant leader and coach for our value stream in continuously delivering real outcome that our customers love yet works for our business. This includes facilitating our Agile Release Train (ART) events, managing risks and interdependencies, coaching and mentoring, ensuring alignment across our teams, other ARTs and with external stakeholders, and to promote continuous improvement.
This is an entry-level opportunity for you wanting to learn this role in practice from the best and with a relevant academic degree and limited work experience. You will be coached into the role by a senior RTE and ITSTC also acting as your mentor. In this role you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden, and report to the CTO of Commercial Acquiring Technologies.

- Are adaptable, a fast learner and are passionate about lean-agile ways of working and cultures and how to make them work in a regulated environment (we are a licensed payment institute)
- Have some experience in implementing processes and guidelines for an lean-agile environment, preferably from a regulated environment
- Are comfortable in presenting in front of large groups, leading discussions with a mentality to challenge the status quo and a desire to continuously grow.
- Being self-acting and taking initiatives
- Like working in an international environment, interacting with many stakeholders in a high-performance culture
Who Are We Looking For
People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of lean-agile ways of working including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
- Knowledge of ITIL ITSM and the IT Service transition domain
- Collaboration, communication, and speaking-your-mind with respect to those around you is of high importance for us in addition to a curious mentality, willingness to grow and exchange your ideas and knowledge together with your teammates.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience from a regulated environment like payments or any other regulated domain is an advantage
- Basic knowledge on tools like Jira, Confluence and Monday.com
