The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Head of Regional Sales to lead and grow our SMB sales team. This role is focused on accelerating revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, a proven track record in delivering results, and the leadership skills to build a high-performing team.

 

This individual will be responsible for setting and executing the regional sales strategy, managing a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. A hands-on leader, this person should be comfortable driving deals, coaching teams, and developing strategies to win in a competitive market.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers to improve performance and close deals.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring consistent deal flow and target achievement.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while also growing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Implement outstanding sales processes, tactics, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop deep market insights, monitor competitive trends, and adjust

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in financial services B2B sales, preferably within the SMB segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a winning sales team.
  • Hands-on experience in both new business development and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven and strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of urgency.
