The Opportunity

 

We are a Sales Strategy & Enablement team supporting the Nordic region and due to one of us going on parental leave we are looking for data driven colleague to join our team at the Stockholm (or Möndal) office for a temporary employment starting approx. 1:st of August ranging to approx. mid-September 2025.

 

The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is responsible to set the strategy for what products and offers we need to drive sales and revenues, prevent churn and increase market shares in the Nordics. We coordinate new product launches and cross Nordic initiatives. We also propose acquisitions, partnerships, and new collaborations both internally with the group and externally to reach delivery on our strategic agenda.

 

As a Commersial Analyst your responsibility is to support the team and the sales organization with data and analysis. Tactically you will extract relavant data from our data sources such as BI- and CRM systems, analyze, structure and present the data, prepare business cases, etc. You will also participate in projects and coordinarte cross Nordic initiatives. Part of your job will be to work with churn prevention and drive related acitivites. You will work actively together with Sales managers, Marketing and Product Management but also with our global colleagues when we introduce/share products and best practices. In this role you will report to Head of Sales Strategy and Enablement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Extract data from various data sources like BI- & CRM systems
  • Analyze and structure data
  • Drive churn prevention activites
  • Coordinate cross Nordic projects
  • Engage cross Business Units (Europe) for knowledge sharing and best practice
  • If not already, become an expert in payments and actively drive leadership in payments

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • You have full working proficiency in English and another Nordic language
  • A natural talent and a true passion for working with numbers
  • You have excellent skills in Excel
  • Good experience of BI- & CRM systems
  • BA Degree in a technical field or Business Administration
  • You are a great communicator and excellent in presenting complex data in a simple way
  • You prove to be a self-motivated, helpful teamplayer taking ownership of your own projects and personal development

Due to the scale and nature of the job, you have data driven mindset in combination with the ability to see “the big picture”. You can package your findings and present them to any audience. You also enjoy working in an international atmosphere and being a center point with multiple stakeholders is something that drives you. You have a proactive approach to finding solutions, and setting standards for the organization. Appetite towards the payment industry and eagerness to deepen your knowledge is highly welcome.
