The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager for Digital Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients in the digital space for all regions (Nordics, Benelux, CEE and CH). You will play a vital role in developing strategic plans to generate leads, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets through innovative digital sales strategies. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent logical and designing skills and the ability to coordinate and lead product launches for digital sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in process analysis and operations management, product management and interchanges between different division and will work closely with the Head Digital Sales, Lead Strategy, Marketing and various Sales departments to further develop the digital sales experience of tomorrow.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify new digital sales opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to enhance our market position.
- Responsible for optimizing existing processes and create new where loopholes are identified
- Responsible for updating processes along the product life cycle in accordance with the local SPOCs
- Responsible for tracking processes and evolving processes along the overall Digital Sales strategy
- Responsible for preparing and launching new products across digital sales and make sure the defined processes are held by all involved parties
- Overall responsibility of the Digital Sales processes and operations around digital sales and its products
- Be the go to contact in digital sales for process and operational topics as well as product launches
- Track all launches in our project management tool
- Responsible for signing off process and operational changes and introductions as well as track evolution of Digital Sales together with Lead Strategy, Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Business Development Management.
- Lead the collaboration for process and product updates across digital sales and act as stakeholder for cross department process and operational development
Who Are We Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Process Management, Business Development or similar education
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience in the field of Digital Operations and Ecommerce (B2B advantageous) required, ideally in international companies (financial services advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of digital sales channels and tools, processes, SMB business needs and payment systems
- Experience in communication and presenting on a steering level
- Experience with day to day operations of digital sales
- Experience in product launching in a digital environment
- Great affinity for emerging technologies and trends in the payment system markets
- Project management skills (ability to lead projects)
- Process management skills (ability to define any IT processes)
- High capability for designing processes and optimize operations
- Distinct networked thinking and strong conceptual skills
- Communicative and organizationally strong personality with a high degree of initiative
- Ability to help build up a dynamic team with different international tasks.
- Conceptual, strategic and detail-oriented approach to work
- Motivated team player working across border
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
