- Specialist Business Operations Support, 100%
Worldline Switzerland provides financial institutions and retail customers with secure and innovative solutions across the entire value chain of cashless payments. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and renewing our modern application landscape to adapt to the dynamic business environment of cashless payments. As a Business Service Supporter and Incident Manager, you will ensure optimal customer communication and service, proactively addressing challenges and proposing solutions.
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Control and monitor service quality for end-to-end processing of business processes.
- Develop and implement procedures and tools (Splunk, Zabbix, Elastic/Kibana) to enhance business and application monitoring.
- Analyze, localize, and communicate incidents, coordinating solutions and initiating escalation processes.
- Support the incident management process with specialized knowledge and expertise.
- Act as a Service Matter Expert for Business Services at Worldline.
- Maintain and provide service documentation.
- Prepare and assist the business services team during change implementations and release deployments.
- Create technical statements for internal stakeholders such as the Service Delivery Manager and Key-Account Manager.
- Identify and resolve weaknesses and optimization needs in existing processes and systems.
- Assume technical responsibility and ensure knowledge transfer for individual applications.
- Participate in projects and programs within the division.

- Completed education in information technology or equivalent/higher education.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analytics and service management according to ITIL.
- Experience in documenting IT landscapes, architectures, and application management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to work self-directed within assigned responsibilities.
- Team-oriented with strong customer and service orientation.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach with high quality standards.
- Very good written and spoken English skills are a prerequisite; German skills are a plus.
- Strong social skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
