The opportunity

Are you ready to shape the future of digital payments? Join our Card Issuing Solution Management team and take a leading role in delivering our card issuing solutions end-to-end!

As a Solution Manager, you will be the driving force behind solutions that power card issuing platforms for major projects. You will orchestrate the solution lifecycle from concept to delivery, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to create seamless, secure and innovative payment experiences.

In this role, you will combine hands-on solution design with team coordination, guiding Business Analysts and collaborating with Product Owners and development teams in our Agile at Scale / DevOps organization. Your expertise in requirements engineering and functional design will directly translate client needs into clear, actionable deliverables.

This is also an opportunity to join a team at the heart of Worldline's digital transformation in the Issuing domain. If you are passionate about payments technology, thrive in a collaborative environment and want to see your solutions processing millions of transactions every day - this role is for you.
Join us, and let's redefine the future of payments together!

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution documents, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical solutions in the card issuing domain.
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of card issuing solutions, supporting the product lifecycle from concept to delivery within the different project scopes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day solution activities and provide guidance to Business Analysts, ensuring deliverables follow our architecture directives and quality standards.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives within your scope, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operation of card issuing platforms and services.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, present solution proposals, and support decision-making processes, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Product Owners and development teams in our Agile at Scale / DevOps organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation in our card issuing solutions.
