The Opportunity
As a Senior Solution Manager you will be responsible for analyzing clients' business needs, preparing technical documentation for developers, identifying and mitigating risks, and liaising with software suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Participating in the full systems development life cycle: requirements gathering, analysis, design, collaboration with developers and QA, and implementation.
- Gathering and analyzing clients' business requirements.
- Providing business and technical analysis of systems and proposing solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Preparing business requirement documents for software developers (both internal developers and external companies).
- Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks related to business processes and system implementations.
- Communicating with software suppliers to find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Who Are We Looking For

- A strong background in business and systems analysis, with the ability to understand software development.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices applicable to the financial/payment sector.
- A technical background, with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with requirements and system documentation (manuals, user guides, configuration guides, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Full working proficiency in English and spoken knowledge of the Russian language for communication with specialists located in Ukraine.
- Preferably, a proven track record in implementing customer-facing solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Preferably, knowledge of the rules governing Visa and Mastercard schemes.
- Preferably, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferable, familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
