We are looking for a seasoned, results-driven, energetic, and hands-on APAC Senior Partner Community Manager to support a thriving ecosystem of partners, including acquirers, payment service providers, solution integrators, ISVs, technology companies, value-added resellers, distributors to expand their business and accompany them for their digital payments needs.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of customer and partner empathy, collaboration, and a passion for connecting people from diverse environments to build business opportunities. The candidate will oversee all partner community marketing activities for APAC in terms of marketing and communication, events and any kind of marketing initiatives that can support APAC Partner portfolio.

 

The APAC Senior Partner Community Manager principal roles and responsibilities are:

  • Build and support a culture of ecosystem enabler for APAC Ingenico
  • Develop APAC Ingenico strategy and marketing plan for our partners and help identify creative initiatives, implement processes for engaging, and expanding partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with APAC Content & Media Marketing manager, APAC Digital Marketing, Group marketing team and the APAC country leads to create and share content through the APAC region
  • Support APAC country leads to form close partnerships with the different APAC Trade & Fintech associations to identify hot topics, emerging trends where APAC Ingenico can join the conversation and any other opportunities to share our ecosystem enabler positioning
  • Manage the development of creative assets and opportunities to support the ecosystem enabler positioning such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, flagship events, visual storytelling aligned with the APAC Content strategy.
  • Manage and engage the APAC Ingenico Partner Community
  • Run APAC online and offline events with Ingenico Partners’ community to share and promote Ingenico new positioning and products & solutions
  • Find new, inventive ways for Ingenico to leverage their partnership portfolio and turn into new opportunities for this portfolio by connecting them together
  • Manage ongoing metrics and measurements of the Partner Community marketing strategy
  • Plan, develop and deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns to attract new users and boost community engagement.
  • Activate integrated marketing campaigns including training, events, PR, advertising, social media to engage industry partners
  • Build trust and motivate interactions with the partners
  • Support the PartnerIn program (https://www.ingenico.com/tss/partner) and the StartupIn program in different marketing initiatives across APAC region to ensure the success of the Programmes
  • Help our partners to take advantage of our entire portfolio of marketing tools and to drive increased awareness, generate leads, win customers and close more deals
  • Evangelize PartnerIn program and the StartupIn program in APAC region within the payment ecosystem
  • Develop in collaboration with the APAC Marketing and Group market team, high-impact virtual and in-person events programs (e.g., workshops, livestreams, tutorials, hackathons) to activate, grow and scale the APAC community and develop interactions within the PartnerIn community and the StartupIn community
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders on the PartnerIn program and the StartupIn program, Technical support, Marketing and Communication, Training, Content, Events…
  • Gather feedback and insights, measure, monitor, and build detailed reports on APAC partners community

Level of education

  • BS/BA in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

 

Knowledge /Job Specific Competencies:

  • Over 7 years professional experience in marketing, managing community of users, clients or partners
  • Experience in the management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and achieving goals on time and to budget
  • Experience managing projects or accounts
  • Experience in a role of startup community engagement
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Interest and ability to dive deep into the operational details of the payments
  • Ability to lead and motivate change management

 

LANGUAGES:

  • Fluency in English
