Job role main objective:
★ The Service Level Manager is responsible for regular reporting regarding SLA of external customers. He is supporting the sales organization in the setup of SLA for new and existing services and the Operational Delivery Manager during the run phase.
Area of activity and Description
Delivery Management
• Be the point of contact for product and service under your responsibility, for all topics related to the delivery of services within your scope.
• Revise and track SLAs.
• Specify requirements with the support of the Service Architect, cost deployment, and the RUN portion of the service (global and local).
• Establish operating agreements, processes and service levels with the company.
Service Implementation
• Monitor and control the implementation of service production (investments, planning, processes, configuration, testing, etc.).
• Evaluate with the Ops team the impact on SLAs/OLA and define a common improvement plan.
• Ensure that change and release management processes are followed.
• In the event of incidents, manage operational teams to restore service, resolve short-term issues and manage medium term problem resolution.
• Control production service costs using the enterprise services cost model.
Technical Support
• Understand the activity at the level of functional and technical flows to guide the technical team.
Internal Relationship
• Manage the interface with internal customers at the operational level. Be responsible for the operational life cycle of a service or group of services.
