The opportunity

Established in different European countries mainly in France, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods.

You will participate in the evolution of our ACS (Access Control Server) and Cloud Wallet solutions.

ACS is involved throughout the payment process by offering fraud prevention modules, a wide range of strong authentication methods, as well as the implementation of the 3D-Secure protocol. With a volume of over 300 million 3D-Secure transactions per year and no less than seventy European bank customers, you will work on a product that is both mature and constantly evolving, to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Belgium Cloud Wallet offers a Wallet dematerialized with cards inside with which the Cardholders can make payments with another Person or with a Merchant.

Our team is managing projects for numerous of Benelux banks, and to help in our deliveries, we are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • The service delivery manager is a key resource in our post-project delivery, providing a production follow-up of our deliveries, internally and towards our issuers. He/she coordinates the Run activities when our ACS and Cloud Wallet projects are delivered to our customers.
  • Overall focus:
    • Keep focus on production and ensure that the service is up & running
    • 3rd line in context of incident in production (P3 and P4 incidents)
    • Make sure all problems and requests received from issuers are prioritized, followed up and answered
    • Communication is done and clear towards our customers (via service desks)
    • Exchanges with other regions about best practices and share knowledge
  • Run Mode:
    • Incident management (and prioritisation)
    • Problem management and support in answering requests from customers 
    • Support end to end analysis with support of experts when required.
    • Active communication with technical team and service desks
    • Training to issuers (mainly back-office explanations)
    • Issuers context understanding and force of proposition to help them (success rates)
    • Issuers user-right management
    • Monthly SLA calculation and reporting
    • Monthly Billing (closing of the month) and billing figures management
    • Process documentation and updates
    • Coordination / exchange within the different Run Teams

Who are we looking for

 

  • Analysis skills
  • Coordination
  • Problem results minded (solution oriented)
  • Communicative and social
  • Knowledge of ACS and/or Cloud Wallet is a nice to have
  • Good knowledge or work in AGILE methodology
  • Knowledge of SNOW, Confluence and Jira
  • 4 years of experience is a nice to have
  • Open mind to bring new idea, change the processes, bring easiness in our way of working
