As our colleague, you will enable Worldline to accept sustainable high risk business customers and business models. The Risk Onboarding team is looking for a new member to reinforce our abilities to handle existing and new risk areas and customer types.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Complex risk assessments of medium and high risk customers.
• Verification of information and analysis of customers capabilities to fulfill specific requirements.
• Communication with colleagues from Risk, Compliance and Sales teams.
• Participation in decision-forums with the team.
• AML/CTF risk analysis.
• Contributing to the team’s development of routines and procedures.
• Challenging yourself as a risk specialist, increasing your understanding of a complex landscape with third parties as well as direct customers.   
• Participating in training and sharing your knowledge and ideas.
• Representing multiple Worldline entities.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• At least 4 years of experience in KYC/AML and/or financial fraud prevention
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in acquiring, FinTech or banking is an asset
• Resilience, strong focus and problem-solving mindset
• Fast learner, self-motivated
