We’re searching for a highly-skilled project manager to contribute to Worldline’s growth and position in UK rail. When leading a project in Worldline, you are part of a dynamic, high-performing team that delivers innovative solutions to the rail industry with a deep understanding of rail processes, systems and data.

Our Project Managers have the overall responsibility for successful project delivery, managing scope, time and budget.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing several projects
  • Supporting the Head of Delivery in maintaining financial processes, progress reporting, resource management and administrative processes
  • Independently managing change requests, projects and project teams
  • Ensuring that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget
  • Helping to develop new opportunities alongside the sales team and Head of Delivery, involvement in estimation, proposal writing and client engagement
  • Responsible for the coordination of internal project team and external partners for the flawless execution of projects
  • Tracking progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements
  • Highlighting risks and issues, put mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring project resource availability and appropriate allocation
  • Ensuring the timely processing of quotes and invoicing against milestones
  • Handling changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate techniques

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Relevant educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields of business, economics, computer science, technology or engineering
  • Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager or project leader in the information technology sector
  • Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills
  • Pragmatic, yet highly organized and structured
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
  • Results oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
