The Opportunity:
As a Product Manager within the Digital Experience team, you will lead initiatives focused on the portal and self-service experience. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience while reducing costs associated with manual processes. You will drive the development of a consolidated SMB portal platform to meet customer needs efficiently, ensuring a seamless self-service experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with overall business objectives. Additionally, your role will involve market analysis and understanding customer needs to deliver user-centric digital solutions that optimize self-service functionalities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a clear vision for portal and self-service aligned with strategic and regional goals by collaborating with the Value Stream Lead on the product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create user-friendly portal solutions that deliver cohesive messaging.
- Customer-Centric Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify customer needs and pain points, continuously improving the portal and self-service experience.
- Initiative Management: Drive key initiatives to enhance portal functionalities by managing the project lifecycle and ensuring alignment with goals to reduce costs and streamline self-service.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze KPIs for portal and self-service initiatives to measure success, identify improvement areas, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide recommendations that guide product strategy and enhance the portal and self-service experience.

- 4y+ product management experience
- Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem of advantage
