The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Partner Manager, who will be responsible for building and maintaining relations with external sales Partners (the indirect sales channel) and key accounts aimed at increasing profit on the Polish market. You will be providing necessary input/insights and acting as a voice of customers/partners and supporting the company in creating and implementing new innovative solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Executing the tactical approach likely to be most effective for either a specific solution and market segment or a specific client/sales partner;
- Overall management of key account relations and sales partner relations to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives within agreed targets;
- Identifying and responding to opportunities for providing products and services to the clients, sales partners, liaising with those responsible in own organization;
- Recommending products and services that will help the customer organization to achieve its business objectives;
- Contacting potential customers, potential sales partners, prospects for new sales leads and developing existing leads by encouraging recognition of customers’/sales partners’ business needs (exploring how these can be met by organizations’ products and/or services);
- Negotiating with clients and sales partners representatives, on both technical and commercial issues, to reach mutually acceptable terms for appropriate forms of sales agreements;
- Maintaining contact with customer and sales partner organizations to monitor satisfaction with individual sales and general level of service and to initiate any remedial actions required; responding to customer and sales partner queries and complaints. Ensuring that, when necessary, corrective action is taken by own organization and by the customer organization;
- Advising colleagues, especially those involved in marketing, product development, product management, sales and delivery, on how to improve effectiveness in dealing with customer and sales partner organizations; Taking part in initiates aimed at improvements in customer and sales partner relationships;
- In case of specific market responsibility, developing new ideas for this market and translating them into implications for own organization;
- Setting targets to sales partners, monitoring their efficiency and providing feedback to them;
- Supporting the line manager at planning, forecasting and executing sales partners budget;
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Fluency in English and Polish;
- University degree in related field or equivalent in experience, courses on sales techniques;
- Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or Partner Manager;
- At least 2 years of working experience in a financial technology sector is a must;
- Strong assertiveness, negotiation and sales skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Project Management skills;
- Great communication skills, ability to cooperate with various stakeholders;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a complex, dynamic, changing international environment;
- Hands-on attitude.
