Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Responsible for Vendor, Customer, Fixed Assets, Material & Pricing Master Data Management, Chart of Accounts and Banks: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all vendors/customers/fixed assets/material/pricing/GL accounts, PC &CC/ Bank account
- Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, other information) required for controls and audits
- Provide reporting-related work on Master Data and ad-hoc reports extracted from the system in line with the Service Level Agreement
- Ensure that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used
- Collaborate with other cross-functional departments to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
- Support the Manager to continuously improve services and data integrity
- Create and maintain internal procedures, ensuring process documentation
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance data quality, and implement automation initiatives
- Contribute to process efficiency by supporting automation/simplification projects across Master Data activities
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to training and onboarding activities
Who Are We Looking For

- Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is a plus
- Previous experience in Master Data, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or Record to Report is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- English at a very good level
- Any other language skills would be a strong plus
- Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to improvements and automation initiatives
- Willingness to support and collaborate with junior colleagues when needed
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with an open-minded and proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential matters
- Attention to detail
- Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and simplification
- Familiarity with automation tools or basic knowledge of creating efficiencies (e.g., Excel automation, workflow tools)
- Willingness to take part in knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities
