The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales to develop and execute effective sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction while leveraging market data to optimize performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports.

Who Are We Looking For

  • 4+ years of sales experience in Fintech or related industries such as Banking and Payments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Fintech regulations and compliance.
  • Experience working in MS Excel, including basic formulas and analysis.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
