Are you passionate about ensuring seamless and maintainable production services? Do you thrive on working with the latest technologies? If so, we want you on our team!

This position involves driving and delivering automation, resilience, security, and stability to the payment microservices shared across Worldline's global reach. You will collaborate with diverse teams located in various regions, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to our services.

As a member of our team, your role involves delivering automation by creating, maintaining, and evolving our CI/CD pipelines to be as efficient as possible. Enhancing resilience is key, achieved through continuous improvement of our systems' monitoring capabilities, deployment architecture, and pipelines. Ensuring security by upgrading the environment to always meet compliance standards is crucial. Additionally, maintaining stability by participating in the on-call schedule to quickly address any disturbances detected in the system is essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

As an SRE in the Shared Services you will engage in

• Production deployment – Deliver new versions of our services to our customers
• Onboarding – Configure and integrate new customers to our production services
• CI/CD – Evolve our pipelines with new features or increasing their efficiency
• Monitoring – Expand and improve our real time monitoring capabilities
• On call – Respond to and resolve issues in the environment outside of office hours

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• At least 3 years of work experience
• Have at least Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• You like to work in an international organization with teams working in mulitiple regions
• Well versed in agile working methologies
• You have a flexible attitude and aptitude to learn
• Used to working in Linux environments
• Fluent in English both oral and written
