The Opportunity
Join our energetic team and be a key driver of growth in the vibrant Central and Eastern Europe market! In this role, you'll support strategic initiatives, optimize business applications, and customize CRM systems to meet local needs. You'll collaborate closely with sales managers, analyzing their requests and turning insights into practical solutions that empower the sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic impact, working across departments to launch products and drive success. This is a temporary contract covering a parental leave.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Plans: Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision.
- Manage Business Applications: Develop and maintain the effective and seamless operation of business applications utilized within the organization.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers to gather and assess their requests, ensuring they are addressed appropriately.
- Adapt CRM Systems: Customize and adapt the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market.
- Evaluate Sales Requests: Analyze and, if feasible, implement sales team requests considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and potential business cases.
- Support Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team through process preparation, handover facilitation, training, and the creation of relevant materials.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful launch of products and services in the market.
Who Are We Looking For
People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Proven experience in collaborating with sales teams and understanding sales processes.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in customization and adaptation to specific market needs (knowledge of CEE market is a plus).
- Proficient in business application management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape effectively.
- Skill in creating and documenting processes for sales support.
- Familiarity with sales and business tools.
- Ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving - analytical mindset to assess situations and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and market demands.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in Czech and English
