The opportunity

 

As a Specialist Sales Excellence CH, you will support the Swiss Sales organization by ensuring efficient lead management, smooth sales processes, and high-quality operational support. You will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, coordinating sales leads, and supporting sales teams in Switzerland. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations and customer experience.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities

 

Sales Support & Lead Management & Contract Management:

  • Processing customer inquiries and ensuring timely and high-quality responses
  • Creating, qualifying, and coordinating sales leads for the Swiss sales teams
  • Supporting the Swiss Sales department through various operational and administrative tasks
  • Assisting in campaign execution and market initiatives
  • Reviewing and processing contracts, including follow-up on contractual documentation
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of customer and contract data
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Maintaining data quality and supporting reporting activities

 

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Direct contact with sales partners, including clarification of risk-related topics to ensure compliant and transparent processes
  • Acting as an interface between sales partners and internal departments
  • Close collaboration with Risk/Compliance, Integration, and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Supporting smooth communication and coordination across teams

 

Who are we looking for

 

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a dynamic, international environment and are eager to support sales excellence initiatives.

 

  • At least 1-5 years of experience in the Worldline Swiss business (professional experience in Risk, Customer Service and Onboarding teams especially for Swiss market is advantageous)
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Worldline tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PASS, etc.)
  • Experience in contract handling or documentation management is an advantage
  • AI knowledge or willingness to be trained in applying AI to the above-mentioned business areas.
  • Language skills: English (corporate language), German is mandatory, French and Italian are advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions quickly
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
  • High level of responsibility and reliability
