As an integral part of the Team, Sales Administrator Manager partners with the Sales Team with all aspects of Sales Management. Ensuring superior customer service, building relationships with Sales, Buyers, Planners and other contacts of the Account. Supporting the Organization in all elements of Sales; The successful candidate will possess strong experience in Finance, sales management,Excellent strategic thinking and analysis skills and the ability to create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit forecasts and plans. This position reports to the Sales Director. Along with managing three employees

A helpful mindset is required. The primary goal is to work with the sale personnel in an encouraging manner to assist them in providing accurate and detailed information required by the ERP system to properly serve the clients and protect the company. This requires verification of data provided by the salesperson and validation of an orders adherence to company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales force accuracy;

Work with 9 Sales Professionals across Latin American

Support sales team with financial data and analysis to leverage company profitability;

Manage a development team’s staff, including assignment of work items, employee performance

engagement and professional development;

Identify improvements in team development and quality including defining new strategies, processes, and required tooling to improve quality;

Mentor team members to cultivate technical and financial domain knowledge expertise, and assist with developing other essential skills to further their careers;

Conduct regular business reviews to ensure execution against plan;

Meet weekly with Sales team member to verify, pipeline management, opportunity management;

Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing, consolidating and analysing data and challenging business assumptions;

Tracking and providing visibility of productivity;

Work directly with function leaders to drive business results and provide financial support in the forecasting process;

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Supply chain, price, Finance ) to improve the whole process;

Identifies risks and initiates risk mitigation actions;

Coordination/cooperation with accountants, auditors and tax advisers;

S&OP review;

Provide detailed explanations of monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue variances;

Communicate forecast projections, analytical findings, & strategic implications through compelling presentations to senior leadership, support operating reviews & budgeting; Project´s participation: LGPD implementation, Sample control project, bonus project, ISO project and others

  • Languages:
  • English (Advanced)
  • Spanish (Intermediate)
  • Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
  • 2+ years leading a team
  • MBA is a plus
  • Ex Big four is a plus

  • Microsoft Office tools.
  • Sap skills
