The Opportunity
We are looking for a POS Partner Network Manager who will lead all activities related to the installation and maintenance of POS terminals in the field. This key role will have a direct impact on the quality of service offered to our customers and the operational efficiency of our partner networks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate, in agreement with the manager, all activities that partners carry out in the territory to install or maintain POS terminals.
- Manage training processes for partners and develop effective rules of engagement to ensure service quality.
- Monitor SLAs and constantly engage with partners to improve performance and operational processes in the field.
- Verify the alignment of support tools with the evolution of business processes.
- Analyze network capacity, identify weak points, and implement containment strategies and backup solutions.
- Optimize operational processes and ensure consistency of procedures across all geographic areas of responsibility.
Who Are We Looking For

- At least 5 years of experience in POS physical management and understanding of associated operational dynamics.
- Proven experience of 5 years in coordinating people, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward common goals.
- Consolidated and proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects respecting time and budget.
- Validated understanding of supply chain processes, with particular attention to logistics and operational management.
- Proven knowledge of the most important stakeholders in the POS and acceptance market, including terminal vendors and companies operating in installation and maintenance services.
- Perfect understanding and speaking of English.
- Experience in coordinating activities with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the passive cycle and financial processes related to vendor management.
- Experience with dematerialization and digitalization processes or projects.
