The Opportunity
Step into the dynamic world of Marketing & Communications at Worldline Italy, where strategy, creativity, and execution come together to shape how we engage with our clients and the market. You will join a team that plays a key role in supporting commercial growth through impactful campaigns, clear and effective communication, and strong brand positioning.
In this role, you will not just support activities, but actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives across different channels, from client communications to digital and social media. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to real business challenges and learning how to translate complex topics into simple, engaging content.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning guidelines.
• Create and adapt communication materials for internal and external audiences using PowerPoint, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
• Assist in the preparation and sending of client communications, including DEM, newsletters, and campaign-related content across different channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect inputs, structure content, and ensure timely delivery of communication initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to the management of social media channels, supporting content creation, editing, and basic performance monitoring activities.
• Help organize and maintain marketing materials and repositories, improving accessibility, consistency, and overall efficiency of team workflows.
Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, with strong interest in marketing and digital communication topics.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks with increasing autonomy and accountability.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to structure presentations and handle basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with Canva and social/content creation tools (e.g. Instagram editing tools), with a strong interest in visual communication and design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of English (at least B1 level), both written and spoken, to operate in an international environment.
